My team and I support over 120 agents across five offices with a company sales volume of $955M in 2025. I was the first marketer to be hired outside of Charleston, and I am the sole in-person marketing presence for our company in Georgia. I manage brand, agent, and property marketing with a tiny but mighty team. Digital marketing is my strong suit, and I have been able to bring in-house CPC and SEM marketing to our company. I pride myself on my versatility, working on asset development, process improvement, and day-to-day print and digital creative execution.

I run full content operations across social and email — strategy, design, publishing, and analytics, start to finish. The results have been hard to ignore: follower counts up 95.7%, page visitors up 59.4%, and engagement up 3,044% across all profiles. Beyond the numbers, I'm constantly looking for places to tighten the workflow or raise the quality of the output — usually both at once. On the asset side, I do whatever the project demands. Most recently that meant a 56-page booklet for a $44M ranch listing, turned around in under a week.
